Proclamation & Flag Ceremony Request Form

They City of Peterborough Mayor's Office issues proclamations and offers flag raising ceremonies to recognize your special day or event. 

We require at least seven days notice for all proclamation and flag raising requests. The City reserves the right to deny requests. If you are requesting a flag raising, please review the criteria for a flag raising request before completing this application.

Coordination, promotion, and implementation of any associated commemorative flag ceremony is the responsibility of the organization or individual(s) who submitted the request.
