Notice of Public Record
All information and materials required in support of your application shall be made available to the public, as indicated by Section 1.0.1 of The Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.P.13.
Notice of Collection
(Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy)
Personal information on this form is collected under the legal authority of the Planning Act, and will be used to process this application. Submission of this application constitutes consent for authorized municipal staff to enter upon the subject property that may be necessary for the evaluation of this application.
Notes
- Under s.51(18) of the Planning Act, other information and material in addition to the foregoing, may be required, in order to process the proposed plan of subdivision/condominium. The expense of such will be the applicant’s responsibility.
- You are required to make arrangements to meet with Planning Staff for a pre-consultation regarding your application prior to submission in order that we may advise as to the specific supporting documentation that may be required, discuss the merits of the application, and agree to a proposed strategy for consulting with the public with respect to the application.
Fee Calculation
Please fill out and submit Plan of Subdivision & Condominium Application Calculation Sheet as part of the last page of this application form. It is a required document without which the applicable will not be accepted. Applicable Otonabee Conservation Plan Review Fee amounts are provided on the Convervation Authority's website.
Planning Division Application Refund Policy
That Plan of Subdivision and Condominium application fees are refundable based upon the following:
- 75% of total application fee be refunded prior to mailing of agency circulation;
- 25% of total application fee be refunded prior to mailing of public notice; and
- No refund if application has proceeded to and/or beyond mailing of public notice.
