Community Garden Application

In partnership with the YWCA Peterborough Haliburton, the City of Peterborough offers allotment gardening within designated community gardens on municipal property. Community gardens provide important environmental, social, and economic benefits to the community.

This form provides community members an opportunity to request a new community garden location. The information shared in this form will be sent to the Nourish Project who will respond to your request and provide next steps.

Please note that if you are requesting a new garden on municipal land, the application deadline is February 17 annually for the garden to be developed that same year.
