County of Peterborough Hub Registration Form

Hubs have been established in rural communities to provide private office and meeting space for agencies serving the City and County of Peterborough to deliver services to rural residents and conduct outreach to remote communities.

This Registration Form must be complete before agency staff can access any Hub sites. Once registered, the Agency Contact below will receive a Microsoft Bookings Calendar for each Hub location selected for booking outreach appointments.
