The City of Peterborough undertakes to safeguard your child while they participate in summer day camps. Day camp activities are offered by City of Peterborough and Peterborough Sport & Wellness Centre personnel in 2022 at both the Wellness Centre and at the Navy Club locations.
Completion of this online form is mandatory, and is to be submitted prior to the start of camp programs. Access to the program will be denied otherwise, regardless of registration being completed.
Families are asked to review the program protocols for this activity.
Personal information is being collected under authority of the Municipal Act, c. 25, and will be used for the purposes of managing your account/memberships and any other transactions that you make (e.g. registrations and bookings), communicating with you regarding these matters, and administering and managing City-run programs, and facilities.
