Private Event - Rental Request

Private Rentals are defined as events taking place in a municipally operated facility that is for invited guests only, and not open to the public. Examples include weddings, celebrations of life, holiday parties, meetings, birthday parties, family reunions, and showers.

The information you provide on this form will allow the Facility Booking Team to check availability and expedite the booking process. Please note that submitting this request form does not automatically confirm your booking. Your rental is not finalized until a Certificate of Insurance is received and approved, the contract is signed, and payment is made.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. For ongoing facility rentals, payment is due in advance on the 1st of each month.
